How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your SUNDAY II SUNDAY product. Please reach out to support@mysunday2sunday.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within seven days without giving any reason. Just send an email to support@mysunday2sunday.com. You will be reimbursed within 14 days through the same payment method you used to place the order.  

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at support@mysunday2sunday.com, and we'll be sure to get you the SUNDAY II SUNDAY product you ordered!

How can I update my order?

Please email us at support@mysunday2sunday.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request.

Are you cruelty-free/vegan?
Yes, we believe the ingredients you put on your skin and hair matter. That is why we find safe synthetic and natural alternatives. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. Lastly, we are proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free as well!

I'm having problems with the tracking.
Oh no! Our carrier usually takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating, please reach out to us as soon as you can via support@mysunday2sunday.com. We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@mysunday2sunday.com ASAP, we will work with you to find the best solution. We want your products to get where they were intended, on your hair!
