We know how important your hair is, we created an entire business to serve it. If the product you purchased doesn't perform the way you want or expect, please let us know. And since you've trusted us with your crown, we will be happy to issue a full refund of the purchase price less shipping as long as the request is made within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
To return items to mysunday2sunday.com, please follow these three easy steps:
1. Send an email to support@mysunday2sunday.com with your order number (if you don't have it—please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package. The return must include the unused product; all original packaging, and documentation, which may have been included in the original shipment; the receipt; and a note containing your name, address, and reason(s) for return.
3. All return packages must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS. We recommend using a courier that provides insured tracking services, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received at our warehouse.
