Ordering at SUNDAY II SUNDAY is simple and efficient. Once you've placed your order, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process it. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
During checkout, your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed. Currently, we only offer shipping within the domestic U.S. We apologize, but international shipping is not available at this time.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. This tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us directly at support@mysunday2sunday.com. To help us assist you effectively, please provide photos of the damaged goods.
Please be advised that accurate shipping information is crucial when placing your order. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, a fee of $10 will be applied to cover the additional handling and shipping costs.
